La cabaña que aparece como “privada” está bastante retirada del resto. Esto no se menciona en la descripción, tampoco hay buena señal ahí ni Wi-Fi y el servicio de limpieza fue deficiente. La cabaña está en muy buenas condiciones, solo sugiero aclaren la descripción.

El precio de la cabaña no va de acuerdo a las instalaciones, cabaña con mucha suciedad, animales, hormigas, alacranes..las camas estaban llenas de bichos. Encima nos cortaron la luz. Muy desagradable salimos corriendo a primera hora.

Irregularidades con la dirección
Llegamos a hacer nuestro check in en el hotel, al presentarnos nos dijeron que nuestra caba;a estaba en otra dirección a la que se mencionaba en nuestra reservación. En un principio aceptamos ver la caba;a que nos ofrecian pero nos preocupaba nuestra seguridad ya que no era lo que nosotros reservamos. Regresamos a la dirección original para pedir que nos dieran lo que nosotros habiamos reservado a lo cual se negaron, debido a esto pedimos nos reembolsaran el dinero a lo cual tambien se negaron. Al final nos dieron una caba;a mucho mas grande a la que habiamos reservado.

No puedes pagar con tarjeta, te piden un depósito de $500 por la cabaña y lo mejor, efectivamente el estacionamiento es gratis pero porque dejas tu auto en la calle. Varias ventanas de la caballa no cierran bien, el horno de microondas no funcionó, entre varias cosas más.

Las camas y almohada muy duras.
En cuanto entramos a la cabaña nosnpidieron saldar la estancia en el cuarto. Les pedimos que nos dieran un par de minutos para acomodarnos y regresaron otras dos personas a cobrar. No hay WiFi

Llamamos para confirmar cuando íbamos en camino y nos dijeron que no había lugares aunque tuviéramos la confirmación. Tuvimos que llegar a buscar otro hotel. Realmente mala experiencia.
