The a/c was filthy with all kinds of lint and dust in it; therefore I didn’t turn it on. The room was sketchy, and my truck was broken into in the parking lot.

Broken pool and HVAC system broken
We wanted a hotel w/pool for my Autistic son while we went up north to visit family and after check-in was told the pool has been broken for awhile. We were looking forward to it bc it helps my son relax and calm down since he’s not in his normal environment and struggles with change. We left went to hotel across the street and was told that it had been broken for about 8 months and the state shut it down at one point. We wasted money on two rooms bc we had paid for the first hotel already I will never stay there and plan on using social media to let everyone know I would love a refund but I’m sure I’m screwed and out almost $200 the room sucked!!! We couldn’t even stay there just awful

It was clean and organized. Breakfast had some variety, but not many fruits. The pool had been closed for a while with no date to re-open, so there wasn't much to do with my toddler there.

Nicely remodeled hotel by Wyndham a lot better than the Ladysmith hotel. It used to be like the extras 24 seven coffee, milk, orange juice, apple juice.

As there is no gym facility, we planned on swimming for exercise during our one week stay. The pool was closed. Management said they would give us a refund to compensate us for the inconvenience. We won’t know if they did until we get our credit card statement.

I have to tell you, after working so long today, I was really looking forward to taking a dip in the pool. However, upon arrival, I was greeted by a notice taped to the front door that the pool and hot tub were closed until further notice. The television also freezes frequently, the Wifi is not secure, and the wireless signal strength is very weak anyway.
