The employees were terrific lot 41 good service but $17 for a glass of wine. This hotel is on the incoming planes flight path which is no good, overall I would stay there again

I dropped off my clothes to be pressed and the front desk did not make sure it went out even though I dropped them off in time as requested by the Hotel. I was then told it had been pressed and delivered to my room and then later told that I had missed the pickup deadline and returned my clothes which I was planning to wear to an evening party.

The Staff/Front desk are amazing. The lobby is very nice with a Starbucks on the main floor but our room and floor looked tired. Older carpet, etc. We stayed for one night to catch an early flight and it is perfectly located by the airport. As well, I booked for the free shuttle and they were 20 minutes late.

We stayed at [Hotel Name] for 2 days and reserved 5 rooms for our group. The best part about this hotel was its location—perfect for the event we were attending, making it very convenient. A big plus was the shuttle service to and from the airport, which was really helpful. The shuttle was punctual, and the drivers were friendly, making our transportation hassle-free. However, there were a few drawbacks. Parking was an additional charge, which we didn’t expect. The fact that there was no breakfast included was also a downside. Additionally, the pool seemed outdated and in need of maintenance, which was a bit disappointing as we had hoped to use it during our stay. Overall, it was a decent stay due to the convenience of the location and the shuttle service, but improvements in amenities like parking, breakfast, and pool upkeep would make the experience much better. I’d still recommend the hotel for its location, especially if you're attending events nearby.
