This hotel surpassed our expectation. The facility was nice, with a mini Starbucks bar at the entrance and plentiful lounge spaces. The hotel was new, clean. The gym (24H) includes a chess, press, leg press and very awesome technogym equipments. There was also a pool and hot tub. The room itself was clean, with very comfy beds. Washroom was well lit, with well pressurized tap and shower heads. Overall a great experience, would recommend!

It was said internet is free, unfortunately not working when sign in the time when I was there. Traffic Noise from hwy 7 is pretty high even room at higher level. Someone came to knock at door after 11pm?? Very weird. Not sure if this person went to wrong room? Very scary.

This is the second time I stayed at this property and while overall it was decent I just had small issues. For instance I like bringing my laptop or ps4 with me because it’s easier to play games/ watch movies but they bolted the tv to the wall making it impossible to add another HDMI cable. If you are successful in changing it then the tv volume is very loud and doesn’t allow you to adjust so I found that to be an inconvenience as someone who just wanted a relaxing weekend to kick back and chill. Additionally, the bathroom was sort of clean but lacked the necessary utilities for instance toothpaste. I brought my own but if they provide body wash and shampoo why not have toothpaste handy? Overall the staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet for the most part but it is family friendly so there’s a lot of children. I would probably go again

Staff were very friendly. Everything was being constantly cleaned, including the elevators. The gym was fantastic. Room had a faint smell of smoke when we arrived, but it quickly disappeared. Quality of mattress was excellent.
