Close to the airport made for a convenient stay for our overnight layover. Room was beautiful and included a little kitchen. Resultant on site was good. Morning shuttle is packed if you need it go at least 30min early. Sucks you can't pre-book a spot on the shuttle.

I booked this hotel for my nephew and niece for a 1-night stay to make it convenient for them to return to Poland from Toronto airport. This hotel is conveniently located 10-15 minute walk from Terminal 3. They also have a shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. The staff was very nice, rooms clean, and included wonderful amenities like indoor pool that is open 24-7. The most amazing thing with this hotel was the free breakfst selection! This was no "run-of-the-mill" breakfast It had so many options and nice compliations of items. If you are looking for a hearty breakfast, you will find it here. Keep up the good work Element!

Great hotel to stay at that is located close to the airport and train station. Free shuttle service. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and breakfast had many options. Would stay again.

Staff was rude and shuttle service to and from airport was not convenient. We actually had to walk in the freezing cold to get to the airport because the shuttle was full and we’d have to wait another half hour 40min. People were budging in line to get on the shuttle because they couldn’t wait. Not impressed and would never stay there again

The hotel was easy to walk to from terminal 3 and access the terminal train to terminal 1. The hotel room was clean and spacious with all the kitchen appliances and dishes you need. I loved that the hotel uses large bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash instead of small bottles. The beds were very comfortable and the comforters were amazing!
