I did not even stay. I am expecting a full refund of all the money i have paid. I was there for less then an hour. My daughter and me left in tears. The one bed was broken. We we couldnt get into the parking garage with the fob it didnt work. When i went tonout the car backnon the street to go back in where i could find a spot to park the car the patling enforcement came along and told me if i left the car there o would get $120.00 ticket. There were drunk people all over the place from the blue jay game being loud and obnoxious. All we wanted to do was have a fun family day and it was ruined. I expect a full refund today of all the money i had to spend. It can all be refunded to the card i used to leave the deposit on

Very convenient for downtown locations - such as rogers center or the aquarium/CN tower. Very convenient for public transportation. Difficult check in as need the fob to get up the elevator but did not have the fob as it was in the room. Had to ask multiple people to help us prior to gaining entry to our floor - Did go up all the stairs but only unlocked at level 10 and room was level 12. Room as also not the same as pictured in the Advertisement however was just as nice just not the same furniture / balcony different then pictured. Not fully equipped for cooking meals - no pans, no oven mitts, no strainer.. pot was dirty/burnt therefore unable to be used. Also found it odd that there was laundry in dryer when we arrived.. I had to fold this and put this away, could have left it there but wanted to use the amenities. Only 2 laundry pods as well therefore had to purchase some.

- blinds are all messed up so lots of light comes in the bedroom in the morning. Prepare for Bright and early mornings. - Location to Old Toronto, water front, CN tower and other areas is amazing. The restaurant next door is AMAZING (morning after) Highly recommend brunch here - Lots of young people around the main entrance and in the building as it seems many people do short term rentals here.

Check in and out instructions were easy to follow. Parking was a bit challenging for larger vehicles but convenient location in the building. Communication with staff was excellent. Spacious for a family of 6. Ideal location in the beautiful city of Toronto.

Nice place to stay but the elevators are Extremely slow. Give yourself plenty of time to leave the building if you have an event to get to. The apartment was nice, clean enough and left extras like tooth brush, paste and razors. However, needs a bigger frying pan (extra) and at least a cookie sheet for the oven. There was instant coffee, tea and sugar too. The dishes were still in the dishwasher and wet laundry in the machine. We flipped it over to the dryer. The flooring also needs redoing. The floor in the bunk bed room is not in good condition. Minor issues. We would stay in their place again

Beautiful location and room. Sheets smelled previously slept in, and smelled like man but only on one side of the bed. Mold around the kitchen sink. Checkout instructions are unclear in that you are unable to access your car once you leave the keys in room at checkout. Concierge is unhelpful with this and irritated. You are left to beg others in the building to open the door to your parking level once you have left the keys in the room costing you time.

I booked Iceboat Terrace, but the management company changed my location at the last minute to Dan Weckie Way. It bore no resemblance to any photos on the website. The deck was unusable because broken chairs were stored there. We overlooked an abandoned apartment that was littered with cigarette butts and beer cans. Directions in and out of the building were unclear. We were told to dispose of our trash with no information about where. There were moisture damage spots on the ceiling. We were asked to do several cleaning things at time of check out in order to assist their staff. Why should we have to clean because the company is too poorly managed or too cheap to handle cleaning services. For example, we were asked to wash our dirty towels on a short wash; there was no laundry detergent available. In short, this property is badly managed. Please note the one star for area around the property is not about the neighborhood; it is about the upkeep of the apartment complex.

We had a mixed experience here. The location is awesome. CN Towers, Rogers Center are at walking distance. The unit offers beautiful view of the lake. The unit was overall clean. The TV is loaded with multiple OTT options. The beds were super comfortable. With all these good things there were few we didn't like. Check-in instruction is confusing. It appears that there are two unit keys available. At one place it says the unit key will be available inside the unit. In another section it advises to receive the unit key from the next building 151 Dan Leckie Way. Eventually there was only one key inside the unit. The allotted parking stall was quite narrow. I informed Globalstay the vehicle make/model almost a week in advance. I got a bigger van from car rental. It was a challenge to park the vehicle every time in such a narrow stall. Gloablstay couldn't provide a better parking stall upon reporting the same. The lights in the main bed area were not working. The customer service of Globastay is pretty good. Their email response is fast and clarifies all queries.
