We were blown away by the beauty and elegance of the hotel. We have already advised friends to check ot out even for a night. Our room faced the horse race track and we were able to watch practice rounds at 5 and 6 am. Front desk allowed a person beside us early check in and not us. Besides that, all was wonderful. Thank you.

I saw hair on the bedding sheet and on toilet cushion. We reserved two rooms with king size bed, but when we arrived, reception told us rooms with King size bed were not available.

Not Tesla/EV friendly
Need Tesla chargers. They use a company that charges money to use the electric chargers at a rate of 2.5 per hour all is fine but not friendly to set up an account nor does their system recognizes the chargers even exist. We just took our car to super charger down the road. Wasted about hour trying to use this 3rd party crap. I said something to hotel management that they need to dump third party and just offer chargers as a complementary most others do. It’s very cheap to charge that they wouldn’t even notice on their electric bill. All EV customers would flock to them but greed blocks their common sense thinking. Just charge you Tesla before staying here and avoid the headaches of the third party crap
