Really enjoyed our stay only concern was my brother and his wife stayed the same dates for $200 less not sure why that is I’d like to think I’m equally important to you but apparently not and therefore I would not stay here or use Expedia again

Loved having a digital key. Online check in and check out was great. Only issue was our bathroom we couldn't completely turn off the shower faucet so it ran continuously. Told the front desk but issue wasn't resolved.

Not worth the amount of money they charge
Spent nearly $600 for the weekend here. One of the elevators was not working, many wheelchair bound people not able to get around effectively. Terrible water pressure. The whirlpool tub jets shot out dirty water while we were using it. The shower in the whirlpool was not working at all. One of the staff attempted to enter the room despite the DND sign on, and the privacy button pressed (this shows on the room outside so they are aware). Just overall not a good experience for the crazy amount paid.

Clean hotel with an excellent hot breakfast
The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean; the breakfast was excellent with a great selection including mini-omelets (with peppers one day) and flavored waffles (including vanilla, red velvet and original). The hotel seams to be in a warehouse district, but has many restaurants located on the main road outside.
