A room with no view to a view
When we 1st arrived to our room and looked out the window, we were staring at a brick wall. 10m later the front desk texted me ask how is everything. I asked for another room with a view, immediately he found some available rooms with a city view

Nada que decir de la infractuctura del lugar y del aseo todo muy limpio y ordenado Fallaron porque tienen la piscina cerrada siendo que es verano y su publicidad la muestran como si estuviera en funcionamiento. Ademas dice que ha lan español y ninguno de los recepcionista lo hace.

We booked a king room with pull out bed. Once we arrived after blue jays game 10:15pm we noticed water on the floor coming in from adjacent room. Service man was up quickly to assess. He placed towels on the floor and would have technician in the next morning! Pull out has no blankets or pills had to request that Breakfast in morning was light but good!

Mediocre hotel with the name. Next time I’ll definitely choose other hotels. Parking is overpriced $45/night. Not worth it

We cane downtown from the suburbs to see cirque du soleil and wanted to stay for dinner and a boat tour on the Toronto harbour the next day so I booked a room at the Hampton. The price was the best I could find in proximity to the activities we were doing .the room was very comfortable but the hallway looked a little rough- smelled like it had been previously a smoking floor and the carpet didn’t look very clean in places. The elevators were very small.

This hotel was immaculate! Upgraded nicely. Gorgeous free breakfast. The parking was pricey and there was horrible signage in the grundgy parking garage. We walked around lost in there trying to figure out how to get to the hotel. The only other complaint was a LOUD creaking bathroom door and very uneven bedroom floor. Like there were many spots that felt like the plywood was missing and only carpet there. The rest of the room, bathroom, lobby and eating area were amazing! It’s almost like the floors didn’t make the budget this year.

I would say the number one issue is parking. There is no parking lot, there was a bus parked in front of the main door for 2 straight days making it very difficult to even get through to get to the parking garage. The parking garage was also very tight inside, making it hard to navigate, but it was also very confusing to figure out what door would take you into the hotel. Also the cost to park was outrageous. Every hotel I’ve stayed at has had outside parking, that I didn’t have to pay for. I understand they use a garage, but good grief what a rip off. I’m not from the area, but I asked the hotel front desk who was checking me in, if I don’t park in the garage, where else could I park? He said… well you could try to find a spot on the street. Yeah right, not doing that. On a positive note, the room I got was clean, and that is one of the most important things to me. If I didn’t choose this hotel again in the future it would be because of the parking situation and cost.
