The hoteil is right beside a police station. Noise level was ok. Nicely renovated and clean. Not enough towels. There is a need to ugrade the room conditioning system. The air conditioner made the most strange sounds all night keeping us awake.

I had a fantastic stay. Room was spotless and very comfortable. They accommodated my room requests and we really enjoyed the comfortable beds so much after a very long day at the theme park. The property is very safe because it’s near a police station. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The cleaning staff is very very nice and helpful. In the kitchen we have a girl called Princess. She is a very nice and professional girl. She is always ready to help everyone to have a great stay at the hotel. Thanks again for everything you have done for us.

Clean the sheets!
Renovated. Service was great. I think corners had been cut on cleaning. Toilet seat was dirty and one bed when we hadnt been in it yet and pulled the sheet back the fitted sheet was full of dirt and like someone slept in it without changing it. We had to sleep on top of the flat sheet instead. Wanted to call and get new sheets but it was late! Not enough towels for a family of 4 either. Also we asked to pay in advance and they charged us days ahead of time. We might have wanted to use a different payment method? Breakfast was great!! Hotel was clean in hallways and other areas. Pool area was great. Id stay again but id check the rooms cleanliness upon arrival.

We had a great stay at this hotel. ✅The room was updated including the floor and the bathroom. ✅No rugs👍❤️ ✅Linens, pillows and beddings are clean and comfy. ✅The breakfast was great with lots of options. ✅Good coffee🌟 it’s a great value for money. It’s about 15-20 minutes to Toronto Airport. 🫶Great staff too.

Pre paid the room for my housekeepers after a long day of travel. They were turned away because they were unable to pay with a card for the $500 deposit TWICE what I prepaid for the room. The receptionist was completely unhelpful and discriminatory against my Filipino housekeepers.Inhave on numerous occasions booked and prepaid for hotels that are in a much higher category than this one without thisbproblem. I will never use this hotel brand again My family and I travel frequently and I have never had such bad service EVER. I would recommend booking arbnb over this hotel brand. I give this hotel 0 stars
