I enjoyed the heated bathroom floor but know that the airport shuttle comes to the airport every 30 minutes. Was frozen waiting outside for it the other night as the other holiday inn shuttles seemed to come more often.

The hotel was good overall, but I was very discomforted because they did charged me the room again with another rate because I arrived late. I had a delayed flight it was out of my hands and I even call them earlier to let them know to hold my room, still they charged me again when I arrived and also they charged me a deposit which is ridiculous. For sure I won’t be staying here again.

Overall I like this place but there were some annoyances. The tv remote control didn’t work, I couldn’t close the curtains so I was awake at 7:45 am, the bathroom light was in an inconvenient location, I had to call the front desk to figure out how to get on WiFi and the person was clearly sick of explaining over and over (just print an instruction card and put it in the room). Everything else was comfortable and good though. I don’t know if I’d choose this one again. I think I prefer DoubleTree.
