The only problem I found was WiFi was bad because I’m influenced but as soon as I told desk clerk and he went to manager - room was changed and WiFi was perfect

Check-in took about an hour, after queueing, and then being told one of our reserved rooms had been cancelled with no notification due to a credit card issue. The reservation was eventually reinstated. Arrived exhausted to a freezing room with a very loud aircon fan. After working out how to turn that down, outside noise was still significant, perhaps expected for the location, but mainly due to cheap windows and blinds. As perhaps to be expected for Holiday Inn, the pool was unusably dirty. Apart from that, the beds were comfortable and clean, staff were nice, and breakfast was surprisingly good.

Overall, it was very satisfying for my husband and me. We had a nice time, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were nice and professional. The hotel is next to all major highways which made it easy to travel to all our destinations/activities. Thank you! We will stay there again on our next trip to Canada.

We arrived at the hotel really early due to an earlier than expected arrival. When we got there we asked for an early check in, but wasn't sure if we would get it considering how early we were. Samina on the desk, was AMAZING. She checked us in early, gave our girls little toys to keep them occupied, and interacted with them. She was so great, thank you Samina for your outstanding service! Once we were checked in and ready to head out for the day, the concierge gentleman (I think his name was Leary.. spelling?) was amazing! He took us up to the top floor to show our kids the airport and explained so much about the area. He was so helpful during our stay. The shuttle service was great, our driver remembered us and always asked if we were going to the downtown or the airport (depending on where he dropped us off). This was a great stay, we will stay again if we are back to Toronto!

Good budget option. Parking is a bit steep and I still haven’t gotten the 100$ hold on my card back so they are a bit slow on that front. Otherwise a good experience and I would recommend if you just need a cheaper place in a good area.

The carpets on the hotel were quite smelly and the hallways felt very humid and damp. I would not be surprised to find molt issues. The AC was old and very (VERY) noisy in the room. It was tough to rest there.

My stay was great but I was charged for the membership after being told it was free and they said I would get my money back right away but it’s been a few days since then and I still don’t have my refund.
