Car vandalism and not adequate security/cameras
HORRIBLE. My brand new car was almost stolen and was totally trashed. According to manager it happened “occasionally”. According to the Oakville Police, it happens regularly. I parked in their parking lot and the cameras do NOT cover all of the areas the guests need to park. UNACCEPTABLE. It is unlikely the police will be able to catch whoever did this. Horrible service and ruined my entire stay.

We checked in late night after a long day of traveling. We were greeted by Angelina with a smile and a wonderful surprise that we were upgraded to a suite. The room was absolutely perfect for us. The beds were luxurious and we all slept so well. We highly recommend this location!

The stay was great. The only minor observation was that the bed could have been a little more comfortable. It was not bad, but at some spots, you could feel the springs.
