The property was really close to Scotiabank Arena where my kids and I watched the leafs. It was perfect due to the cold. The Valet parking is a must and the customer service is excellent. The only complaint I have is that it was some construction or something at end office view and it woke everyone up at 7 am. Clank clank clank and the kids were up!

Great gem of a hotel

Beautiful hotel, very close to Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, and plenty of other activities. Room was gorgeous, very modern and lush. Full minibar, hotel restaurant was nice for breakfast and bar served dinner. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

The area is a bit quiet at night, We went to a hockey game at the ACC which was great and close (conneted to hotel) but after the game we had to walk a few blocks to find a restaurant that was open.

Perfect hotel for countless reasons

It’s a beautiful hotel, room accommodations were great, staff just lovely. Restaurant food and drinks were very enjoyable. Valet too was courteous and prompt. We requested an extra hour upon checkout and we were granted it which was excellent. The proximity to scotiabank arena was steps away. The only thing I would say is being downtown. There were SO MANY sirens. I guess that happens anywhere downtown. The hotel actually provides ear plugs which I found weird. It became evident quickly. In any case, great hotel overall. I would stay here again.

Perfect Accommodations

The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. Close to the Union Station, the Scotia Bank Arena, local shopping, the Aquarium & Rogers Center, which were all within a few minutes of walking distance. The room was quiet, comfortable & spacious. Since we did not require a rental car, there was no stress regarding parking or the cost of parking. We would definitely stay here again.
