Late check-in (4pm) is inconvenient and they charge you another $30 if you want to check-in "early", eg 3pm. Zero flexibility on this, impossible to talk to anyone and nowhere to leave your bags. Room was fine but no frills. Location good - easy for station, CN Tower and waterfront area.

I did enjoy having more space than a regular hotel room. Downtown Toronto can be pricey, but this accommodation was reasonable. The pool was very nice and there were cabanas also. Many things were withing walking distance. A lot of restaurants around depending on your price points. This is right beside, the stadiums, CN Tower and MTCC.

Upone entry to check in there was a person I can only assume is a homeless drug addict yelling profanities at myself husband and 3 small children 3-8yrs old - making them afraid to stay here. The rooms advertised are Misleading to say the least. The walls had cracks, and were covered in marks and finger prints and the walls were chipped. The chairs for the “desk” were so dirty, and stained for the price of the room those could have at lease be cleaned properly. The patio furniture looked so weathered you couldn’t sit without worrying about splinters. The entry door handle was so poorly attached it seemed like it was going to fall off. I booked for my family of 5 and got a table or “counter “ for 2. Which was also disappointing. The Elevators were a disgrace- 50mins for an elevator to the ground floor from the high rise. This place may have an excellent location but I’d suggest trying somewhere /anywhere else before spending the money on a condo space here. The only saving grace for this place was the staff were pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. And the pool didn’t disappoint. It was as expected. This being said we would not go back, for the cost of staying here we could have stayed almost anywhere else, downtown with the same/similar ideal location-

Location was great, walkable to all places. For downtown not a bad space. An addition of a small dinning table would be beneficial. Front door a little hard to open. Overall a very nice stay.

Location is great. Check-in was slow and cumbersome, probably because it is not a hotel and no ability to get into our unit even 5 minutes before check-in time was disappointing as it meant we had to go through the longsecurity line once to get access to parking garage and again to get keys to the unit. Also, the wifi wasn’t working. The unit itself was fine, though lacking a full length mirror and terrible lighting.

The room was adequate however no shades that blocked sunlight on any windows. Kitchen without paper towel and only one kitchen towel. TV had no stations unless you used your own streaming service. Checkout was a cluster , with returning parking fob and then not being able to get into garage without security assistance
