Breakfast was a bit of a gong show...too many people, poorly organized system...spent an hour waiting in line then food was being cleared by the time we got to eat. One elevator was not working and we often had 5-10min wait for elevator that had space for us. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The property is clean and well cared for, and the breakfast is good, but there are too many people trying to access the space. The elevators don’t run smoothly so you end up using the stairs all the time, and there aren’t nearly enough tables for breakfast. Getting to your room is a challenge with so many people trying to access two small elevators. Generally a good and well run hotel if it wasn’t for the lack of space for so many people.

There was one elevator out, but one would only know that if they were on the ground level. The breakfast demand outweighed the supply. Perhaps people could have booked slots in advance.

Our stay was excellent! Our children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The one negative, only two elevators were in working order. Long waits to get to and from our floor. Bed was super comfy and any time we needed something, it was promptly brought to us. Friendly staff as well. Would stay again!

The breakfast was great (though insanely busy), the staff were kind, the location is amazing, the rooms/furniture are old (torn pillows on couch, chairs ripped at the table, our sofa bed was completely broken and we had to get a cot for our one son and the other slept on the couch). Waiting on the one working elevator was insane. Certain times of day and you’d wait 10-15 mins before squeezing on. If we weren’t near the top floor, we would have walked up/down. Otherwise, it was fine and the kids loved the pool. Hot tub cleaned daily. We’d stay again. Just maybe not over the holidays when it’s so busy. :)

Property was very clean and neat, we had a studio room with kitchenette and pull out bed. It was very nice. Staff very friendly. Only issue was the elevators, they had one elevator not working the other 2 were hit and miss. When we were checking out from the 21st floor had to wait 10 minutes for elevator, it then got stuck on 10th floor and we had to take the stairs. Not very pleasant at all. I would recommend this property. Hopefully they will have elevators fixed soon.

This was amazing. The was place cleaned the room has few areas that was not clean which i work around it. It was not bad that you cant stay in the room but i know those areas that i saw could have been better which i do not believe the house cleaners clean. The room was not dusty when i ran my hands on the furnitures but every thing else clean and nice the room smell good. The overall environment was good. The breakfast was good but i wish they have more for people who are vegan or vegetarian. The experience was good. The hotel closed to the Billy Bishop airport and closed to shopping centers literally surrounding by fun activities you and your family can do. It is downtown Toronto. I enjoy myself was awesome.
