Great location

Perfect location for things downtown. All the tourist attractions and arenas are within walking distance and the apt has amazing views. It had everything you need in the apt itself. It was clean but not hotel clean. I would recommend staying here

The host was very responsive and the apartment was very clean with amazing views of the city. Location is great as it is less than a 5 minute walk to Scotiabank arena. Only thing to note is the elevators in the building are quite slow, often times during my stay only one of them was working.

All the comforts of home

Studio was fully prepared with beyond the provisions of a standards hotel. Everything was cleaned immaculately, parking available directly beside the buiding, and walking distance to leafs game or jays game/con tower Ripleys etc Would definitely book this location again and skip booking one of the hotels in the area.

We stayed here 2 nights at New Years. The check in was fairly simple. The location is absolutely perfect. The unit has everything you need and a great view of the downtown, steps away from all major attractions. Would stay again.

The suite we had was terrific — we had a full kitchen and the beds were very comfy. My partner really appreciated the deep bathtub and the view was great. The terrace was huge. We had a grocery across the street that had a pharmacy and I was able to get cold medicine off the shelf at 7AM on Sunday morning when all pharmacies are closed in Toronto. I would definitely recommend 14 York.

Perfect place if you’re commuting but not if you’re driving. Traffic is terrible around this area. The place was great but there was laundry left in the dryer when we arrived. No bath mat/rug to use. Instead a hand towel was placed on the floor (not safe as it will slip off easily). Bathtub was clogged on our 2nd day. Other than that it was a perfect place for our stay.

As a fanily of 4, which include teenage boys, it was nice to have kitchen use, 2nd bathroom and enough room. Hotel rooms become so tiny and no privacy at their ages. Very vlean as well.

Great location, beautiful view. Did not like the fact I had to go down 55 flights of stairs due to a fire alarm, but that is unpredictable. It was a very nice stay.
