Check in was a little rough. I was signing the paperwork and the hotel staff started dealing with another guest. So he said I could just go upstairs and I said you haven’t told me anything about the hotel. Location of pool. Gym check out time etc… I think focusing on one guest at a time is more professional. The room was beautiful. The bed comfortable. The peach Bellinis at moxies in the hotel are delicious. The pool is very small so if I had my kids with me they would have been disappointed.

Would stay again. Clean, quiet, and the rooms are large and comfortable. I had a full kitchen, which helped cut down on dining costs. Close the airport with a convenient shuttle. The shuttle could use an update or at least a thorough detailing. But the driver was friendly and helpful .

Close to Pearson Airport, but property not maintained well, hotel room sink not flowing or half-blocked. Upper floor window not sealed well, on strong-wind days, you could hear the window gaps 'howling'.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Sandman. It’s a quick shuttle ride from the airport and within walking distance from several nice restaurants. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Only downside, Starbucks only had regular coffee because their machine was broken for espresso and other drinks of that sort.
