We loved our stay at Staybridge Suites. The staff were awesome. The breakfasts were not identical everyday, with some creativity from the chefs with regards to the cooked items. We also had a complimentary light dinner on three nights of the week. The room was well equipped with a lounge/kitchen and then a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and hob. There was a communal laundry- and reception sold the washing powder. In fact there was a little shop at reception with snack and necessities. We also liked the courtyard in the middle of the hotel, which was a beautiful garden in which you could also enjoy your meals in! The bus was close by too.

Access doors from the side of hotel were broken so anyone could walk in. Breakfast was okay but they took everything away as of 9:30.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast food is not good. No individual yogurt is just a big container for self-serve Boiled eggs wrap individually and cold. Sausage cooked in the microwave. Really not a big selections of food. For the cleaning staff very nice.

Our room was clean, and mostly comfortable. I will say that the sofabed was terrible...just springs in your back--no softness at all. I asked for two more blankets in an attempt to add a little cushioning to it for the kids and housekeeping actually brought them! I was not sure if it would happen, but it did--so nice! The housekeeper was pleasant and sweet and I liked having laundry facilities in the building. Front desk was helpful, too. This was a nice hotel--we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Our stay was awesome. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was hot and delicious. Security was onsite outside watching for any troublemakers, it was a busy weekend with the punk concert and all! We thoroughly enjoyed are stay!
