Great location, spacious...but there were several small maintenance problems 1. Front door handle jams. 2, button missing ensuite toilet. 3, blinds missing especially in the bedroom. 4, lighting was terrible, we used a bedroom lamp in dining room. 5, futon bed collapsed in the middle of the night, someone had tried to fix it...sort of it had been mentioned in earlier reviews. 6,mat had large dirty spots also mentioned in previous reviews. 7, TV had a mind of its own and would turn on in the middle of the night. 8,Air conditioner almost impossible to adjust. A little care and attention to your maintenance would have made it a first class property. It was not memorable for the right reasons.

First, I had arrangements to meet the property manager at a specific time. He showed up 40 minutes late which had a significant impact on activities we had planned. Only having one key and fob is not convenient for a group of 5 adults! The building itself is nice and conveniently located very close to waterfront, restaurants, Rogers Centre and Scotiabank arena. This was the biggest advantage of this property as it had such an amazing location. The unit itself was overall clean but incredibly run down. A lot of the finishes were worn and starting to break down. There had obviously been a leak at some point with a small piece of trim and drywall missing outside one of the baths. As a result, the hardwood floors were damaged and buckled. We tripped over these several times. There were no top sheets on any of the beds (only fitted sheets), pillows were barely pillows and the mattresses were either hard or lumpy. There was a nice view of the water and a large balcony but the balcony area was so poorly maintained that I did not spend any time out there. There was also a spare door being stored out there. Overall, not a positive experience. While the person who met me was nice, I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Spend a bit extra and get a nice hotel room!

Do not stay here. The whole experience was awful. We didn't get into our hotel until 10:30pm after they sent us to another location twice! We had to get a key from a bench on the street. The room was so run down, everything was broken.

Backstory: due to cancelled flights, a 4hour direct turned into a 20 hour ordeal. This resulted in us not being able to check in in the required window. The flights are not the properties fault so the only good thing i can say is the property accomodated by moving us to a different unit so we had somewhwre to go in Toronto in the middle of the night. Now my rant begins: I will start with the lack of communication and the property not following through on things such as saying they will call in an hour and i have to call them 4 hours later. Leading up to our trip i didnt even know if we actually would have accomodatons when we arrived. It was not even close to what is advertised, cords taped down on the floor accross doorways, AC did not work worth a s---, mold in the bathroom, beds rock hard, dirty in general.1 dishwasher tab for 3 days which we had to use right away as the dishes and cutlery were dirty. No dishsoap or cloth to to wash by hand. No facecloths, no sheets for the bedding, towels were still in the dryer, love to do laundry on a vacation. The unit basically needs a complete renovation as the carpet was stained by dirt, the walls were marked up, curtains put up with whatever hardware and duct tape was available. Bedroom window would not open. The ceiling had black whatever on it by the vents. No fixtures in the rooms, only floor lamps. Screens were ripped or completely missing from the patio. My holiday trailer is a step up from this very pricey 3 day rental.

I reserved a two bedroom and I got a one bedroom. After complaining, I got another one bedroom unit rather than the two bedroom unit I requested for. The whole service was unpleasant and stressful. To even get into the second one bedroom unit was an inconvenience, unpleasant and not a smooth process all round.

Location was great, view of CN tower was awesome. Walking distance for Roger’s Centre. Room was terrible, broken toilet, damaged floor boards and damaged walls. The carpets were beyond filthy, totally disgusting!! All towels and bedding were stained and old. Advertised sofa bed but was just a sofa. No bed to it. (Signature Room was booked)

L’appartement était bien et très bien situé. Par contre notre arrivée fut désastreuse…très mauvais service et même très impoli avec moi. La seule chose que nous avons demandé est d’arriver à 13:00 pour le stationnement car nous voulions visiter Toronto et ils ne semblait pas content du tout. Si ça ne serait pas de ça notre séjour aurait été très agréable…mais à cause de l’accueil je ne le recommande à personne

To start I was double charged for the security deposit. I inquired about parking days in advance with no response. When I arrived I found out there was no parking available and told to find parking somewhere else. Key pickup is at a different location very inconvenient. The room had hardwood flooring that was lifting due to water damage, bags of garbage on the balcony, TV remotes without any batteries and bedroom light that didn't work. Received a text message at 1:58am to remind me that check out is at 11am and there would be $40 charge if I checked out after 11am.

Do not stay here. They never returned our deposit for the stay, and just gave me the run around when I’d ask what the delay was. Also parking garage is way more than advertised and charges for overnight stay with no explanation. Scammers!

Clearly this is an apartment run by a company renting out a lot of other properties. There were quite a few stains on the carpet and a sock and lighter left under the couch. At check-in - they lost the fob for me to gain access to my floor (the elevator required it). They gave me a fob I could use for the first day, which I needed to return the next day. For the rest of the time, I needed to talk to the security/front desk team to allow me to get access to my room. It wasn't the worst, but a real hotel would have been better than this option for checkin/fob issues.
