Check in was very smooth. Special thank you to the wonderful lady that helped me check in. Her service was over the top ! The hotel it self is so beautiful, the atmosphere was giving resort/spa vibes. The room we were given had a great view looking at the city, very spacious and clean. I would definitely visit back.

I didn’t like my room on the third floor, room 374. The view was not nice at all. I expected to have a room above 3 floors because i didn’t have an option to choose my room when i booked.

The staff were amazing - so kind. Everyone from the check in desk, housekeeping, pool, and bar. Very warm and welcoming. The lobby is elegant and gave me the feel of being at a resort in Mexico.

I'm just unlucky so you probably won't run into this issue, but for some reason the energy in the entire area got knocked out and we had no lights or water for several hours, everything was pretty average, however, everyone in customer service was very nice, It looks pretty fancy from the outside and the place is defintely very clean. This energy wipe outs probably don't happen as often around the area, but I just wanted to leave this because we never got a partial refund...

The location of the property is excellent and the surrounding is quiet yet has good dinning option. The hotel is really behind in its upkeep (dated) which is too bad for such a good location.

We special requested an adjoining room. It stated its not guaranteed. But when arriving, was told they changed us to the adjoining room. They were not. The one room didnt have working Air conditioning. It took about an hour trying to reach someone by phone, a phone transfer and then constantly voicemail...no matter what extension i tried...so went down to desk to mention the issues. We were told to return to the room and wait for maintenance to arrive. Nobody showed.. then got a call maybe 30 mins later that a part was needed and we were being moved. (after previously being told there was nowhere to move us) Still close to the other room, but still not adjoining. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean, pool was great, lots of food options close by. Easy access to the Don Valley. Nice looking place. Hydro went out the next morning. We left early.

Staff was friendly. Other than that elevators were not working and the stairs to go up were on the outside of the building and locked and I was told we couldn’t use them. Dirty towels left in hallways all day. Definitely not what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel. Will not stay there again.

The hall to the swimming pool was so dusty, it looked like they were in construction. Some front desk staff was very nice, others not much. Swimming pool was very dirty as well, lots of dust and flowers coming from the air but there was still hair and such. They had a light projector that was shining straight to our window so we couldn’t have a dark room.

Great hotel and staff. Location is pretty isolated from central Toronto but a lovely oasis away from the center if wanted. Good food and shops within walking distance.
