The staff are nice and approachable. We arrived early in the hotel straight from the airport. We requested if we can check-in early, the staff made sure we can when the room is available. The room is clean and smells good. The only downside if you came too early, there are limited restaurants that are open in the area.

The good: Really friendly staff and food options at the restaurant were well above average. Didn't need to go outside the hotel for a good meal. The bad: The room smelled very musty. There were no face clothes in the bathroom. There was no fresh air (windows didn't open). When I asked if I could have 2 plates sent to my room they wanted to charge me $4. Coffee in the breakfast restaurant was terrible.

The room is spacious with a nice view. I stayed here for my Long weekend thanksgiving holiday. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. The free airport shuttle is so fast and drivers are very polite. The staffs considered my requests upon booking this hotel to have early check in coz I arrived before 7am. The only thing that I didn’t have in my room is a kettle and microwave to heat some foods. But overall its a good experience. I will definitely go back and stay here again.
