You'll love: making use of the resort-style pool, the location - only 900 metres to the beach & the coastal vibe of this light filled, cosy pad. The north facing balcony is the perfect spot to unwind & the courtyard is a great private space for friends to enjoy al fresco dining & the BBQ. It's an easy stroll to surf outlets, eateries, shops, brewery’s (4 Pines, Sou'West, Bells Beach Brewery) & more.
This two storey town house is located in a complex of 9 home. All of the units are built around the shared pool - which guests have access to.
The home itself has lots of character, with a void that adds light and space to the main living and dining area. You'll find this home super cosy and homely, and ideal for small groups wanting an affordable getaway.
Ground level:

- Bathroom (shower only)
- Separate toilet
- Courtyard with BBQ & dining
Upstairs:
- 2 x queen bedrooms with robes
- 1 x North facing balcony overlooking pool area
