We had a fantastic week in Mar Menor. The resort was quite immaculate. Kevin organised our use of his apartment at short notice and we were delighted with it. We had a 3 year old and a 3 month old with us. We were given contact details for a local company who we rented a travel cot from. All very easy!

Perfect for the golfers
Was the perfect location for golfing located 2 min walk to the driving range and 5 mins from first tee. We had a car which was essential as the spar and the strip would have been a fair trek, there were some great bars and restaurants on the strip and highly recommend Tasty Bites. The apartment was perfect for our needs although the lift was not working so had to carry golf clubs and cases up to the second floor. We had lots of information from the owner prior to the trip which was really helpful and the keyholder was very welcoming and helpful also.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, although we didn’t cook . Great location in relation to hotel and bars and a fabulous view overlooking the golf course and swimming pool. Kevin was very quick to respond to my emails/questions and the key hand over with Vicky went well. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if golfing in the area

Really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Spacious with good A/C. Furniture needs replacing to add that slightly more comfortable feel. Nice location on a good site with plenty of amenities. Owner of the apartment is very helpful and thorough in providing you helpful information about the site and the surrounding area. Would recommend to a friend and family member.

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s apartment, no complaints. The apartment was very nice and spacious and a great location on the resort. Especially for my husband’s early morning trips to the driving range and golf course. Nice that it overlooks the pool also, my girls loved it! Definitely recommend

Location and facilities are brilliant great for family and couples Kevin apartment is ok needs some new furniture as the sofa is in very bad condition the flat needs more homely touches it’s fine for a few days but long stay needs more stuff in kitchen for a family to stay had a nice holiday but was disappointed in the flat as I have stayed on the resort a few times and the other places I stayed in have been far better than this flat would not stay there again

Had a nice few days at this apartment. Resort is nice and clean. Apartment was missing a few things at start but communicated with property managers and managed to sort or do without. Great to have the pool so close and we managed to have some nice days out locally.

Lovely apartment in a great location
Lovely spacious apartment, with glorious south facing views over the pool and the golf course. Good location, very near the hotel and it’s facilities. We had a lovely relaxing holiday here and would definitely stay in the apartment again. Kevin was very helpful from start to finish and his property manager was also very good whilst we were there if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this for any family or couple looking for a relaxing getaway in the sunshine!

Lovely Stay
The property itself is in a great spot on the resort. It’s on the second floor and has lovely views of the course and lake. The orientation of the property is such that there is evening sun on the balcony, which is also spacious. The decor inside the property is simple, but the sofa and beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The check in and check-out process was straightforward and the local representatives were good. Communication before and afterwards was very good. In terms of the resort itself we really liked it. It really is the best of both worlds as you have the hotel on the resort with evening entertainment, plus there is the boulevard with a great mix of restaurants. And then there are adequate facilities in the apartment to dine in. There is a spar on site that was very handy and not ridiculously expensive, but I would recommend heading into Los Alcázares to do a bigger shop where there is Lidl, Aldi and Consum. I did fancy a game of golf, but the golf course appears to be run as a seperate business and there wasn’t any discount for residents. The price of a round, for an amateur like me was a lot. Overall we had a lovely time and are considering returning again next year.

A lovely apartment with great views of golf course and pool. Clean and well maintained. Good size terrace and usually loungers available by pool. Mornings were quiet but even in afternoon never felt busy. Enjoyed visiting Murcia and Cartagena. Good contact from owner and good communication with meet and greet. Was a relaxing holiday.

A great holiday getaway destination in South of Spain
We were not sure of what to expect when we booked Kevin’s property but it turned out to be a fabulous place to stay. The apartment is large, beautifully decorated and has a great air-conditioner as well. The bed was comfy and the cool tiled floor nice to pad around on after a hot day sightseeing. The resort style pool is very close by, and as we were not there in the peak season, we had the whole pool to ourselves a couple of times. Kevin provided excellent emailed documentation on the apartment, the resort and the region which made our stay much better organised. The ancient Roman city of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a SPAR supermarket within walking distance as well. A highly recommended location if you are looking for a relaxing break.

Swimming pool was excellent and very close, decent size and always sunbeds/umbrellas available. The overall resort was good, could perhaps benefit from a few more restaurants but plenty close by. Property is situated in great location on Mar Menor golf resort overlooking swimming pool and with great view of golf course and lake. Property very tidy and in great condition with everything you need. Plenty to do on resort and Just off on the boulevard and short taxi ride to more restaurant and bars at las Alcazares. Very friendly place and quiet. We hired a car and drove around local area to a number of beaches and shopping areas which are within a short drive. Very much recommended.

Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Private balcony/patio area overlooking the golf course and pool. Very relaxing in the evening. Pool was less than a minute walk away. Easy walking distance to the resort hotel and boulevard where there were a number of bars and restaurants. Overall an excellent accommodation and will definitely return.

Our second visit to Kevin's apartment and we had yet another great break in the spacious and clean apartment and the wonderful surrounds of the Mar Menor resort. The apartment is within easy reach of local amenities and there is a new larger well stocked supermarket that is within an easy walk. Kevin was very helpful, accommodating, easy to contact. First class apartment on superb resort
The Mar Menor resort really is 5-Star. Very well manicured and looked after resort with plenty of dining and drinking options. Kevin’s apartment is also first class. In great decorative order with all the mod cons anyone could want on holiday. Also in a great spot only a few steps from the swimming pool and fantastic frontline westerly views of the golf and sunsets. Kevin was particularly friendly and professional in all aspects of the rental including key holder meet and great, essential kitchen basics, and great info pack on the apartment, resort and surrounding area. A hire car is essential as the lovely Los Alcazares sea front town is 4 miles away. We would highly recommend the resort and Kevin’s apartment.
