Would definitely not stay again
Unfortunately our experience with 'Pierre Vancancies' was extremely unpleasant. On arrival we were given no instructions of how to check in or acquire the key to our room. We arrive to a completely locked premises with the option of a key or passcode entry, to which we had neither. There was a number on the gate though due to us being tourist we didn't have a SIM card enabling us to call Spanish numbers. Luckily there was a friendly bystander who let us borrow his phone and even luckier that he spoke moderate Spanish as the staff member that answered could not speak to us at all in English and provided no alternative. We managed to acquire the code to get inside thanks to the help of the stranger though when inside of the complex still had absolutely no idea of how to get into the actual building. There was no reception in sight and all doors were locked so our only option was to wait in the garden for someone to walk by. Eventually we made contact with another guest who showed us that in one of letter boxes out of sight around the corner was a key which we needed a second code for; how we were supposed to know this without instructions is beyond us.
