Great position. Modern room but 1451 shouldn’t be sold as sea view- very restricted and never got any sun on the balcony. Great evening entertainment but very disappointing restaurant food.

The food was very good and enjoyable. Overall very good. Only thing that was annoying was the noise of the bedroom doors which all seemed to be noisy when closing, waking you up with a bit of a jump! Please get them sorted.

Very nice hotel on a beach, clean, very pleasant staff, great breakfast options, beach towels with deposit which was refundable, variety of dining options on the beach which was very convenient. Excellent breakfast, quiet, beautiful surroundings, shopping facilities. However we couldn’t swim because the water was too cold. It is basically good for getting tan. The beach area was very clean and we loved walking about 6-7 miles every day.

From day one we had problems, key wouldn’t work to get into room had 5 different keys reception gave the same excuse everyday in the end just gave up as was fed up with , balcony door was broken so you couldn’t lock it, outside light didn’t work for the first week and also ants in the bathroom waste of my money this place was £2700 spent I would expect a lot more and one member of staff on reception called Victoria was not a nice person when I tried to complain about the door key for the 8th day in a row, she talks down to you and try’s to play it out. Will not be pay this much again to stay at a place that’s over priced for what you get.

We booked 5 nights in the Melia for our Mini Moon. I had advised the hotel this was the reason for our stay, thus I felt a welcome drink or congratulations would have been given on arrival. I was a bit disappointed that the occasion didn't seem that special. I had booked the hotel based on feedback from family and also friends who said the staff were so friendly and had given complimentary drinks for an anniversary and birthday. We are going on our main Honeymoon to Dubai and Thailand and I really hope we are greeted with a more welcoming reception than what we received at the Melia.

Amazing location to the beach. The room vas on top of the hotel garbage collection entrance so every morning you heard the beeping sound of the trucks. Was impossible to leave the window open sleeping. It's a very busy hotel, when I tried to feedback to staff I needed to wait in line in the reception so I gave up. My friend forgot the credit card in the hotel bar, next day got it safely, amazing hotel stuff. Amazing walkable distance to the beach. Don't rely on the pool, it is very small. Great cleaning team, always spotless results. Good breakfast buffet.

Great location. Clean and great rooms. Beach restaurant is great. Staff friendly and entertainment at night is good. It’s busy for sure but we had a great time. Will go again

Old town of Torremolinos was exceptional and beautiful promenade for walking and many restaurants to choose from - enjoyed the beach and pool as well. Nightly entertainment was very good too. Highly recommmend.
