Die Sauberkeit des 1. Obergeschoss war nicht zufrieden stellend und die Bausubstanz in die Jahre gekommen, die Rollläden wurden auf unser drängen hin repariert. Im Bad OG waren die Fugen schimmelig und die Schränke nur dürftig gereinigt. Hinzu kam das die Sicherung raus flog wenn Backofen, Waschmaschine und spülmaschine an waren. Kommen wir nun zum Untergeschoss,dieses war nicht bewohnbar. Es stank nach schimmel und Modder. In der Bar waren starke schimmelspuren im mauerwerk Und die Luft stickig. Das Schlafzimmer dahinter war am schlimmsten hier konnte keiner schlafen. In allen schränken im UG roch es muffig und faul, in einem Schrank war sogar die Rückwand durchgefault. Die ganze Immobilie muss renoviert werden. Diese Haus ist in diesem Zustand nicht zu vermieten.
