This flat is located on the 4th floor of a 4-storey building without a lift, in a 1967 building. The building has been recently refurbished and the stairwells have been redone. The flat will be renovated between 2020 and 2022.

In the Serinette district, it is very convenient with its many amenities and easy access to the roads. The city centre and the beaches (Anse Magot) are accessible by car in less than 10 minutes.
