I walked into my room and immediately smelled mold, mildew, musty stench. I didn’t say anything but In retrospect I should have cuz I was there for 2 nights. The whole hotel had that smell tho. I noticed the wall that faces the outside was in bad shape, wallpaper peeling from the wall, stains from water. The good part was the Staff was extremely nice and very attentive. Kudos to them. The owner needs to reinvest back into the property and not be so cheap.

I stayed Friday and Saturday night the girl who was working till 10 pm was so very nice. She was helpful and made me feel very welcome. Always smiling and polite. I was going through a tough time and she made it a little better!!

Staying In Towanda for a family get-together/memorial service and haven't been back for 40 years. Good location and nice stay. Check out Shore Sisters Farm Market cafe for a g!reat breakfast to start your day

Hope you like men's cologne and bad service
To start its a 100 night hotel so outdated is expected. Now the room was clean and bed thou very small like size of a tiny full was comfortable for price. The bad the service, in the middle of checking in the front desk takes a call and spends 20 plus minutes on phone while i stand there. Mind you I was just waiting on a key for my room since I booked online. Instead of asking caller who was booking 3 rooms to hold and finish what she was doing she just started their booking. Then when she gets off phone and forgets anything about me. She had my license but ask for it again I was like its in your copier. Then I have to reanswer questions cuz she closed out my booking for the phone reservation. Now this my sound petty but it literally was over 20 minutes of just standing there cuz she had to keep repeating the caller. The room was outdated and some areas in need of repair like wallpaper peeling, carpet seen better days and tub had some cracking. As far as smell, be prepared for what I could only describe as mens cologne but it wasnt it was their air freshener and it was through whole hotel. Almost over bearingly strong so take your allergy pills before walking in.
