We booked the room online. The site looked great in the pictures. We drove to it. Was in horrible condition outside. We didn’t even get out. Worst looking building, picture was so deceiving. We left without checking in. A refund would be nice.

Not A Bad Stay!
Based on locality, the room appeared to have been recently updated. Although, the shower had a little leak up top. I did not like the fact we could not get extra towels until morning, Oftentimes, showering more then once happens and fresh towels are needed! In our case we had to make do; although a credit card was secured, in the event we damaged or stole something!

Better Than Expected
I have to admit, my stay here exceeded my expectations. Despite reading some less than stellar reviews beforehand, I was pleasantly surprised. The parking lot was spacious, with 24/7 security keeping a watchful eye to ensure both cars and the premises were safe. The lobby was well-maintained and staffed by two helpful desk agents who were polite, knowledgeable, and had a positive attitude. My room was impeccably clean, with a fresh, fully stocked bathroom, spotless bed sheets, and a seemingly brand-new carpet. The hotel was in the process of renovations, which I found to be a positive sign of improvement. I must give special recognition to Miss Danielle, who went above and beyond to assist me. Her kindness, professionalism, and expertise in hotel policies and procedures made me believe she was the manager. I was truly impressed by her and will definitely return to stay here again when I'm back in town.

Dirty, old. Sinks in shower and sink would not drain. Loud parking lot and hotel. Very very dated. Had metal bunk beds in my room. Towels were old and appeared soiled. Very unpleasant and sleepless night.

The air conditioner in the whole hotel did not seem to be working. We were on the 9th floor and is was miserable up there. We had the fan blowing in the room but it was doing nothing to help with the heat. The service desk was understaffed due to no fault of their own and was not able to provide assistance.

Staff is wonderful!
We arrived early and Ashleigh at the front desk was awesome. Friendly ,informative and worked with housekeeping to get us in a room.. Big shout out to Cassandra and Marshae in the bar. Amazing women who made us feel at home each night when we returned.

Overall I expected for it being a Holiday Inn Hotel that the accommodations would be up to par. Stained towels, stained bedding were provided. Didn’t advise the staff as we were only staying for the night.
