WIFi does not work in rooms
The wifi could not work in the rooms on 3rd floor, made it very inconvenient. Staff was great, rooms on smaller side. Overall very good stay

In spite of the fact that the staff was welcoming and kind, we encountered some disruptions that affected our stay: 1) the shower trap was literally detached from the wall and once fell on a child's head 2) the shutter did not work and did not allow to have some darkness during the early hours of the morning 3) the air conditioning broke down one night and it was impossible to sleep because it looked like a helicopter 4) the connection service was poor
