Relaxing Stay
The stay went very smoothly. No issues to speak of. The only item regarding the property that is worth mentioning is the bathroom sink drains is very slow, which should be a quick fix. Everything else was as described. Would stay again.

Great location!
Great location. Can walk to everything. The bikes on property really make the place great. We went all over the city on them. Make sure you get the lock combo ahead of time. It was not listed in the check in instructions. Beach is also within walking distance. The bedroom faces the street and there is some noise, but the fan kept it from being a problem.You can park overnight on the first floor of the lot next door. You can use the app on your phone and pay in the morning from your bed. After 6pm and on Sunday parking is free. I would definitely stay here again.

The location for the Cherry festival and air show was great, however when I booked the property it appears to be a single cottage or smaller home. I was surprised to see it was an apartment with in a multi unit building. Because of the great location that also comes with a lot of traffic noice. Also the carpet needs a good cleaning.

Nice place and great location!
Everything was very nice. The condo is upstairs, very clean, and relatively modern. It is one of the more affordable units in this area. The only problem we had was controlling the room temperature. The A/C either runs constantly are you shut it off. And the unit is in the living room so air does not find it's way to the bedroom very well. It wasn't a big deal, just not ideal.

Great location!
We did have an issue with the keypad because the batteries were dead, but the property manager was very prompt to resolve the issue. This is a great location and walkable to many things. It can be noisy with the traffic. Parking is not as described. There is only free parking after 6:00 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday. The parking garage is located less than a block away and it cost $20/day to park. The bed was comfortable and Netflix is the only option for watching TV unless there was a remote missing that we couldn’t find. All in all we had a great stay!

Great spot!
Cute place! Super comfy bed, and couch too! Great location- easy in and out. Perfect for walking to Front street and local eateries. My daughter and I enjoyed our long weekend very much. Parking was a question, since the street parking was limited to 3 hours and there was significant construction right on the corner of 8th and Cass. We had more success with the ramp, which we learned if parking on the first floor from 6pm Saturday night through Sunday is free! Otherwise, it’s $12 every 10 hours.

The location was great, very close to downtown. The house was super nice and clean. Only thing I would say is a little deceiving is it says it sleeps 4 and there is 1 bed and an air mattress not a pull out couch like I thought. I probably just didn’t read the listing that thorough or got it confused with others I was reading. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again!
