We appreciated having shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Coffee and wine was an unexpected bonus. The AC was extremely loud when running. We wished there were room darkening shades in the bedroom. Small cozy place. Nice to have our own parking spot; it was tight to get in and out of.

Wonderful Getaway in Traverse
This condo is just outside the busy downtown area but still in walking distance of everything surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood. Luette is a fabulous host - we weee greeted with a bag of coffee for the next morning’s brew and a delicious bottle of wine to enjoy in the evening. There was a booklet filled with places to go, things to do, maps and menus. The condo was clean, comfy and well stocked. We enjoyed every minute!

Lovely space
We stayed for a wedding weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is well appointed with nice furnishings, bedding, a well stocked kitchen and even a gift bottle of wine. Location was close enough to walk to downtown and even closer to the Commons. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Traverse City.

Clean property with all of the necessities. Management communication was best I’ve experienced in renting both Vrbo and other properties. Plenty of paper towels, shampoo, etc provided. We walked to downtown and Grand Traverse Commons so very walkable to many stores. The only minor negative is it’s directly across from the emergency room and we did hear some ambulance runs…the positive is you are across the street from emergency room if you have an emergency…lol. Perfect spot for a couple to explore TC and surrounding areas.

Perfect spot!
We stayed here for a couple of nights and wish we could have extended our trip. This condo was super clean, very comfortable, and filled with so many things to make our stay enjoyable. It was an easy walk to ‘The Commons’ and a quick bike or car ride into the downtown area. We were a bit concerned about noise being so close to the hospital, but didn’t find that to be an issue at all! We have recommended this place to friends and hope to be back in the future!
