Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #325. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.
Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, standup shower, private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.
The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Great family place - convenient
The amenities were great and being at the beach while also having a pool onsite was awesome. The only minor drawback is being close to the busy street. You can hear road noise in the bedroom. The pool, hot tub and common areas were very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived and was easy to access. The position was perfect for the entire view of East Bay! Beautiful sunsets!! Clean beach, great location many wonderful restaurants around. We will be back again.

I was very disappointed that your company would not allow us to cancel due to my mother’s death last weekend. There should be extenuating circumstances for someone who has lost a loved one and is grieving. We felt we had to come regardless of how we felt because we would lose our money.

Lovely Oceanfront getaway
Very clean. The kitchen looked to be less than a year old. The furnishings were very comfortable, including, most importantly, the king sized bed. Lovely, large bathroom. The location is central to everything in Traverse City.

Wonderful anniversary getaway
When walking into the condo for the first time, we were thrilled with how clean it was. The owners have taken very good measures in supplying everything you will need while staying there. The view of the Bay was beautiful, whether sitting on the balcony or inside the condo. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Traverse City.

Great location. Wonderful property with beautiful views. Helpful property manager. We accidentally left something behind and they arranged for cleaning team to hold it for us until we could get back to pick it up later that day. We would stay here again.

Very clean and beautiful 3rd floor view of the bay right on top of the sandy beach. Conveniently located near downtown TC. Highly recommend for 2 people. There is a pull-out for 2 more.

The condo was clean and supplied as described. It was easy to find and convenient to reach multiple sites. Good view of Lake Michigan with nice beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Only downside was noise. The road noise was distracting while in the bedroom and on the deck. The air conditioner was rather loud when running. Overall, a good place to stay.

Check in and out was so simple! Property manager was super friendly and responsive. Beautiful views, great location, beach was clean and non-crowded. Room was just not very clean: coffee grounds left in maker, floor was super sticky, sheets were on inside out, dishes were put away full of food. Over all great vacation and would return !

Needs maintenance; and cleaning. Trash bag by the elevator door, dirty entrance mat, and area. The luggage cart had a flat tire. The unit itself was great! Just a few minor maintenance issues but overall very nice and updated. Will definitely come back if we can stay in this unit

Great view and location.
As advertised great view and close to the action. There is a bit of road noise but you’re in middle of a bustling resort town so that comes with the territory. The only nitpicks would be the lack privacy felt in the bedroom due to its placement on the roadside wall with a window facing the common deck and courtyard pool area. Then the TP was awful. Public rest room gas station level stuff. Would definitely consider staying again though.

We use Vrbo quite often. This is the best place and location yet! The view was fantastic. First time to the Traverse City area - we loved it! Biked, went to vineyards on both peninsulas and ate at many of the local restaurants.

Spectacular Stay
This rental is exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Only downfall of our visit was we couldn’t stay longer. Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. Treat yourself to a boat rental right next door, you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to visit again. One note, needs a screen to the doorwall.
