The Space:
This fourth floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, ensuite full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.


In the living room you will find modern furniture along with a large flat screen TV. Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

Celebration for hubbys 70th BD
Wanted to stay up in TC area with husband. Plus daughter and Son-in-Law. Didn’t want hotel room but roomy place. (They’re still newlyweds). This was a perfect location to downtown and meeting location for winery tour. Quiet. Clean. Easy in and out.

Amazing Condo close to everything in Traverse City
We enjoyed our time in this condo! The unit was very clean and in great shape. The location was perfect as we could walk to downtown Traverse City but are still far enough away where we didn’t hear a lot of noise from the events happening in the evenings (we were there during Cherry Festival). The beds were comfortable and the condo was very well maintained. Riley did an excellent job communicating with me before and during the trip. We would love to stay here again!!!

Elevator was not working when I arrived, I was on the 4th floor, had to carry all my luggage up 4 floors. Not Fun! However, it had to do with the property and not vrbo people. So, that is why I gave it 4 stars. very clean and beautiful.

We were in town for a horse show. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working while we were there so moving our stuff in and out was more difficult. Hopefully this is remedied quickly as this unit is on the 4th floor. But all in all a very enjoyable week.

Two of us stayed here while in town for a work conference - it's a convenient location and had ample parking. The building itself was well maintained and very quiet. The condo had lovely and comfortable decor, and everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. This would be a great spot for a weekend away with friends or two couples. Riley was a fantastic property manager; who was friendly, quick and thorough in their communications. I would definitely return!

My girlfriends and I have been coming to the area for many years and we have stayed in quite a few properties, this one by far was the nicest!! The size was perfect and each bedroom has an attached closet and bathroom. It was a great set up for our group. We usually stay closer to downtown but I was very happy to be a little further (only 5 minutes further) out of town with all of the construction going on. The property was very quiet, no issues with noise from neighbors at all. The property was very easy to access. We will definitely be staying here again!

An easy in & out about Traverse City considering the current detours and construction. Our kitchen was stocked & ready for our arrival saving us valuable time; nice touch! Beds were as reviewed, very comfortable along with convenient, private bathrooms for both bedrooms. Unit 415 even gave us a view of the sunset.

We loved this VRBO! The only recommendation we have is to have a few more kitchen items available- foil, ziplock bags, etc. But really, those things are minor. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, etc. We will definitely be back!
