One of the most comfortable beds ever!! I will say it’s odd that I can get far better prices online than at the hotel (in person). Someone in charge should resolve that else I would have stayed another night.

The staff took the initiative to reach out to us daily asking if we needed anything. The Rooms, beach, hallways and lobby were up-kept and clean very nice few days snd we will reserve a return visit.

Loved the Room,the beachfront,the view, the patio, the staff was nice. But the breakfast box was terrible, and they didn’t a box this morning! I had to call the desk! Overall I will stay there again without the breakfast!

The stay at the Sugar Beach Resort was great. The service was very good and the room had a great view of Lake Michigan. We will make sure that we stay there in the future trips to Traverse City.

Expedia really dropped the ball with our reservation. Ended up costing us quite a bit of additional money to transfer to the room we did in fact book, despite what was said when speaking with customer service. The hotel did all they could to make our stay pleasant and transfer smooth despite Exerian's mess up. Will not be using again and would not recommend.
