15 Day Overall View Point.
The 1st night it rained hard and I woke up to water on the floor. It came from the Mini-Split System mounted under the window. I told the Desk Staff and within 15 min. (2) Ladies showed up to check the Mini-Split by removing the panel checking the underneath and filter. The water was cleaned up and towels were placed under the Unit on the floor. No more issues with it after that. I gave 3 Stars for the Condition of Room 312 (appearance). There are blue marks in the bathtub, there were different colors on the bath door, the sink faucet has lost it's sheen due to abrasive cleaners being used, marks or stains on the sink vanity light fixture cover, and black marks (scratches) on the plank flooring. Water stain marks on the Knock Down Texture at the window sill. Lastly, the Front Door would not close the last inch or so without being forced (semi-hard push or semi-hard pull). The Room was cleaned well prior to my arrival. After 7-8 days....I asked to semi cleaned and a supply of new towels. This was completed promptly and Victoria did a very nice / efficient job. I only knew her name because it was written on a "Tip Envelope". She always smiled and greeted me during my 15 day stay. I thought it was odd that No other Staff had offered (introduced) their name. Check Out was quick and easy. I would stay at this hotel again. My main focus is Affordable, Safety, and Cleanliness.
