Not so good. It was 85 in Paris and the air conditioning in my room did not work. The technician came and it worked for a while but later in the middle of the night we all woke up HOT. I was too tired to complain at 2:30am but it made for a lousy stay.

good hotel in very good location
Very easy to reach from terminal 2E by the airport train, the service was very good through the whole visit, reception, bar, restaurant. The room was good and comfortable, the only problem was that the toilets and shower were not clean as should be. Breakfast was rich and started early in the morning.

Great location. Carpet was dirty and the hotel setup the A/C to 20C so the room was hot. They have to open the window and that was a little bit uncomfortable.

Basic airport hotel convenient to CDG within minutes, if that’s all you want. The a/c seemed to be locked at 22C. They sent someone and told us it was fine. Try opening a (inoperable) window!

appreciated the cleanliness of all area, bed was extemely comfortable and the room very quiet. We appreciated the very early breakfast before our morning flight. Buffet was very good.

The staff is absolutely atrocious. They yelled at my kids as we were checking in (for nothing they did, they were quiet and simply followed me onto the elevator to go up to our room and fall asleep), and accused me of things we hadn’t done, nor had any plans of doing. This blonde front desk lady was rude, wrongfully accusatory, as well as very fortunate we did not press charges for defamation as well as prejudiced wrongful treatment. The hotel is fine, but the blonde lady that was working the front desk talks about customers in front of them in French and doesn’t realize that visitors also speak French and can understand her. Extremely unprofessional, disgusting in her verbal delivery, and should never be welcomed into an industry of customer service. Any other hotel is better than this one.
