I love the property looks and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that I found left over food and drinks from the last customers in the fridge. Cleaning people has to be more careful.

Our first room had mold on the walls but we were able to get the room changed with no issues. The room we were moved to was ok, but the the rooms are due to be remodeled. There was no door knob on the bedroom door, the couch had stains, the faucet was dripping, the paint on the toilet seat was stripping and when flushed the sink drain would bubble and the a/c was not working properly. The front desk was always so professional and very nice. The hotel has so much potential but needs some tlc.

All the employees are very polite and attentive, I felt safe and comfortable with my kids, so close to my destination to Busch gardens, a little over my budget but will recommend this, also very spacious just what we needed!

Great stay. Loved the made to order omelet station. Room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint would be the water pressure was low. Other than that, no complaints. We will stay again.

Just 2 complaints: (1) the shower valve is malfunctioning, no cold water comes out, only hot water, can´t use the shower! (2) a couple of times the restaurant was closed, Sunday night and Monday morning noon. Other than that place is great, rooms are very spacious.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites with my child, and the experience was far from what I expected. The first room we were given had cockroaches, so we were moved to another room where the AC was broken, and both TVs were non-functional. When I requested another room, I was told they had limited availability. Despite these issues, they refused to issue a refund, claiming they had "responded in a timely manner." The front desk manager was full of excuses, and when I tried to contact the general manager, their voicemail was conveniently full. Corporate needs to investigate how this facility is being run. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

When I first arrived had an argument with registration and so I had to get a manager. The shower head did not work properly and every morning when I got food it was cold. Also the bed was hard. I remember staying at the downtown embassy suites in March and I had a terrific time there. But here no I did not and I will not tell my family or friends to stay there either

The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the shuttle service, omelets in the morning and happy hour in the evening. All the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful!
