Overall my stay was good. The only complaint I had was the shower. The water pressure would drop extremely low and turn cold all at the same time. Then after about a minute, it would return to normal.

We only went to Moffitt Cancer Hospital and the shuttle was greatly appreciated!! The staff were extremely nice!

I would like the management to contact me I want a reimbursement there’s was no ac I spent 400.00 a night and it was the most awful experience I would never go back again tub was dirty bed was two panels holding a mattress was terrible I want my money back

We were checked in by Anna. Super funny and made us feel so welcome. Gave us a goodie bag with water, chips, and CHOCOLATE! This was much welcomed. Room was comfy but warm. They were working on the chillers. Bathroom was beautiful! Pillows were fluffy, but the bed was a little hard. One light did not work, and some wallpaper was beginning to come down. Breakfast had so many different options. 😋 There is a small flowing pond that we sat next to and relaxed eating while listening to the water. The pool area is big, but at a closer look, it needs a LOT of cleaning. Would not be swimming on this stay. Elevators (3) were always available. Gym was nice and had the usual equipment. Overall, I would stay here again. Enjoyed our stay and the staff.

Very clean and the breakfast was amazing! Only drawback was the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I didn’t have a good nights rest. Other than that and feeling rushed to get out by 10 am . I don’t book lots of trips but It seems like every time I book one the checkout times are earlier and the checkin times are later. Wonder what next year brings? Anyway overall the 1 night stay was good.

Location was pretty good and close to bush gardens. Check in was horrible! Waited while the rep did God knows what for so long! Then in the room the AC was acting up. Tried calling for extra towels and neither of the phones worked in the room. The room was spacious but run down. Doors were cracked and tub had rust stains. Our second night was worse! There was no cold AC since and we had to sleep drenched in sweat and since we had no phones we also had to shower and use our cold wet towels! I mean horrible! They don’t even bother to take the trash out in the lobby drive through. I did however have three reps at checkout that were nice and caring to my frustration. Celine, Mathew, and the other one was Lorraine I believe. Overall horrible stay. I would like to speak to a manager to resolve this because I’m Not okay with my stay let alone that no supervisor or manager could help me on site.
