Not so clean
We love Embassy Suites but was disappointed by the room. The chairs at the table had all sorts of food particles in it, there were ants all over the table as well as the night stand. All night the top sheet kept coming off and I would get my hand stuck in it. The staff was amazing and friendly!!

We arrived to check in around 3:55pm and were told to sit and I would receive a text when our room was available- I was told another 5-10 minutes. There are MULTIPLE signs in the lobby stating check in is at 4pm. After sitting with my bags for about 40 minutes and NO text/call I went back up to reception and I asked for an update and was put into a room around 4:45pm. All of the front desk associates along with the front desk supervisor looked stressed and unwelcoming. The room I was put in had stuff (tools) left on the tv stand, the floor in the shower was dirty and the latch lock for the door was busted. My sister and I were looking forward to hanging out by the pool before we checked out in the morning but the pool was sectioned of with bright yellow caution tape- I will likely not stay at the hotel again

Pool was closed they should disclose that info before reservation the receptionist on the morning of Jun 18th was rude when I ask her about the business center to print important documents, she was unhelpful and her tone is condescending

Pool was dirty and closed, fitness center was sub par, only 2 functioning elevators so it took 5-10 minutes to get to the room, the hotel shop stated open 24 hours however it was only open during the day. Late check out was not an option because they already had too many? This was by far the worst hotel stay. We thought we would have a lovely time with the kids however with no access to the amenities it was a complete waste of a hotel stay!

Not horrible but also not embassy suites standard
I had only one towel, I called for more and no one came. Had to use hand towels. No body wash in shower. Restaurant closed, pool closed. I would not have booked if I knew.bartender needed help during happy hour she did the best she could. My room was $38 more than expected and no one could explain why.

The lounge closed early. The 24 hour gift shop closed at 11 for shift change and then the system was down so we could only use cash and then we were told no when we asked to use the ATM that is in the gift shop. We just wanted to buy some bottles of water. 1 elevator worked. Not a bad stay for a quick trip but couldn’t imagine staying longer than a night.

No POOL - they lied to me on the phone!’nn
We were on a family vacation and I choose this hotel for location and the POOL! Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was not in use and we could take a 7 min shuttle ride to another hotel. Total BS! I even went on line to check prior to our arrival and NO INFO was updated about the pool!

I never write reviews!! But this hotel is just simply amazing!! The cleanliness, the staff when you enter through the doors the decor is such a breath of fresh air! Not to mention the shuttle bus was so helpful to go to Busch gardens and they travel anywhere around the radius definitely utilize this!! I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you guys so much for the hospitality!!

Front desk was not helpful or informative. Did not advise pool was closed. Did not ask about Hilton Honors membership. did not receive free water for Hilton Honors membership. $5 bottle of water. The worst part, bed sheets did not fit, house keeping dropped off additional sheets, did not put them on, and they were still the wrong size. Kept my wife and I up all night due to the sheets popping off.
