This beautiful family house with typical modern architecture is situated in little village of Bisko, in magnificent Dalmatian hinterland. And it is only 20 km away from Split, main city of Dalmatia. Also, the house is only 4 km away from a small town Trilj where you can find restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets. In area where is the house you have small market Toni (1 min with car).
The house position is ideal because the Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches is only fifteen minutes drive, together with dalmatian cultural, shopping and entertainment centre - Split.
But if you prefer to avoiding crowded public areas of the big city, you can enjoy the culture and convenience of the little picturesque town of Trilj, which offers many traditional events, lovely promenade by the river Cetina and is situated only 2 km away.
The mansion is surrounded by a huge garden with oak-trees, linden-trees, cypresses and a terrace full of many Mediterranean plants, where one can enjoy pleasant stay outside.

Outstanding villa with everything *****
This lovely villa will not disappoint. It sits in its own large plot filled with trees and herbs, the smell of fresh lavender and rosemary greet you every time you step out. The rooms are exactly as the photos show with the added advantage of a laundry room with limitless linen and towels and a washer and dryer if you donāt feel like bringing an outfit for every occasion. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking any range of meals.
Outside the swimming pool has sun all day and is 12 metres long!!! Perfect for swimming lengths or bobbing on an inflatable.
The area has so many activities: history, nature, hikes, sailing, canoeing and the clear blue Adriatic Sea. Split itself is 20 minutes away and the road network from the house will take you beyond in no time and no fuss.
Finally the host is amazing. Andelka will meet you and give you a tour of all the facilities. She left us a welcome pack of essentials and antipasto and, never intrusive, she was a message away with her suggestions of places to go. Please do not ignore her restaurant suggestions if you want to eat at great restaurants.

Wonderful experience
My friends and I had a wonderful experience with this property
Our expectations were high and we found even better than what we were expecting:
+ Huge, full-featured and very clean house, outside area and swimming pool
+ Beautiful barbecue spot, lunch/dinner area near the swimming pool and easy-to-use equipment
+ Flexible check-in / check-out
Special thanks to Ana who was available before and during our stay with no response time, advised us on a daily basis about activities to do in and around Split, and even welcomed us with gifts!

Beautiful Well Equipped Villa - Amazing Hospitality
The villa is in a quiet, rural, village location (which was perfect for us) so you do need a car to get around but the roads are very good and it is easy to find your way around. It is about a 20 min drive to Split and we found it to be a perfect base for exploring Dalmatia.
The villa itself was lovely, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The pool and garden are great.
There is a local supermarket which is well stocked with everyday essentials and delicious fresh bread/baguettes on a daily basis.
However, for us, the stand out feature of this villa is Anna and Andelka - we have stayed in many villas abroad and in the UK but their hospitality was on a different level. Responses to our initial enquiries were prompt and helpful and all through the booking process nothing was too much trouble. Their warm and friendly welcome was much appreciated and they were available all through our stay for help and advice. Genuinely amazing people and the world would be a better place if there were more like Anna and Andelka on it!
This was our first visit to Croatia but we will definitely be back!

Emplacement idƩal pour visiter Split et ses environs !
La maison est parfaite et la piscine est juste incroyable (16m de long), le tout dans un jardin immense sans aucun vis Ć vis !
A lāintĆ©rieur tout est vraiment prĆ©vu et conƧu afin de passer un sĆ©jour sans soucis.
Juste un point important, seul le sƩjour / cuisine est climatisƩ, pas les chambres.
LāĆ©glise qui se situe juste Ć cĆ“tĆ© sonne toutes les heures et cela mĆŖme la nuit.
A part cela, cette maison est vraiment au top !!
Nous avons sĆ©journĆ© une semaine et tout cāest vraiment bien dĆ©roulĆ© !

Die Lage ist sehr abgelegt, also ein Auto ist ein muss.
Es ist sehr ruhig bis auf die ab und zu rasenden MotorrƤder
und die Kirchenglocke die einen gerne mal schon frĆ¼h wecken.
Kann es aber nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Nous avons Ć©tĆ© impressionnĆ©s par la villa, trĆØs propre et bien situĆ©e, a seulement 25 minutes en voiture de Split. La maison est belle, grande, confortable et trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e, 4 salles de bain pour 8 personnes ! La piscine est trĆØs grande et parfaite pour rendre le sĆ©jour encore plus agrĆ©able.
Mais par dessus tout lāaccueil de notre hĆ“te Ana Ć©tait incontestablement ce qui nous a le plus touchĆ©. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© reƧus comme des rois avec un apĆ©ro de bienvenu, du vin etc. Pendant tout notre sĆ©jour Ana a Ć©tĆ© disponible pour rĆ©pondre Ć nos questions et mĆŖme faire des rĆ©servations. Elle nous a Ć©tĆ© dāune trĆØs grande aide Ć chaque fois. Nous avons mĆŖme reƧu des cadeaux le jour du dĆ©part! Elle nous a vraiment touchĆ©s par sa bontĆ© et sa gentillesse.
