The stunning, detached Villa Li Filaschi boasts spectacular unrivalled sea views, from its large outdoor terrace and BBQ area, which are perfect for enjoying the local food and wine and watching the superb sunset.
The villa comprises the main house with two double bedrooms and one twin room (which can be made into a double bed upon request) with three bathrooms, and an attached independence with one small double bedroom and an en-suite toilet.
From the large bright and cool living/dining area in the main villa, large doors lead to the rear terrace, private swimming pool and sun loungers with stunning views of the ocean.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. There is a utility area with washing machine & washing line.
The house is set within 2,000m2 of land so you get a real sense of space and seclusion. There is also off street parking for up to 2 cars. The villa is under 1km to the beach, restaurants and shops of Costa Paradiso.
Costa Paradiso facilities: Costa Paradiso is a private community that maintains its own roads and facilities, consequently it is very clean and well organised. Within the centre you will find a choice of supermarkets, gift shops, as well as an excellent fish mongers, butchers and fresh produce shops. There is an onsite medical centre available to residents (May to September). Costa Paradiso also has its own secluded beach, Li Cossi, which can be accessed by a short walk along the headland from the dive school. This delightful cove is well worth the visit. There is a tennis club in Costa Paradiso which residents are able to join during their holiday. There are various courts here and swimming pools and also evening entertainment. Costa Paradiso has its own dive school which is bookable locally. You can also take boat trips from here.
As Costa Paradiso is primarily a holiday village most shops are open seasonally (June- September) however May is especially beautiful in Sardinia for the array of wild flowers and ideal climate for walking holidays. The snack bars are open all year round and nearby Valledoria (20 mins drive) provides a large supermarket for out of season visitors. There is also a good supermarket at Badesi on the main road towards Alghero (approx 20 mins drive). There are also fresh food markets in the following surrounding areas all year round, these are definitely worth visiting; Santa Teresa - Wednesday (20 minutes drive), Trinita - Friday (10 minutes drive) and Valledoria - Saturday (20 minutes drive).
