The property is composed of three units, each with its own kitchen, living space, two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed), one bathroom and a terrace with seaview. In two of the 3 unites there is a sofa bed. All the units have an access to the pool. Moreover you fill find a barbecue area in the garden and a huge granite table which can accommodate up to 20 persons. Enjoy your meals outside looking at the sunset or just relax near the pool on the sun chairs.
Sandy beach Li Cossi is reachable in 5 min by car and then by a 10 min walk along a panoramic path. On site there are various activities as diving courses, boat rentals, tennis, trekking and others. You will also find various restaurants, bar, supermarkets, fish shops and a medical center.

Beautiful sunsets but very windy!
The property is divided into 3 apartments all sharing a pool. We were 3 families do this set up worked well. However the bunk beds in each of the apartments are really only suitable for children of about 10/12. Older and the do not look strong enough, younger and the top bunk doesn’t have enough safety aspects to be suitable. The lower apartment had a very poorly draining and smelly bathroom so we had to stop using it. The wind through the apartments meant we had to keep doors closed otherwise things fell if shelves/tables and smashed. The sunset was incredible however every night

A week in paradise
We were a group of 8 adults and 4 young teenagers who stayed at the villa for one week at the end of June. We had an absolute wonderful time. The villa had everything we needed and the little sleepy village below the villa supplied us with the food and drinks we needed to enjoy cooking at home.
The villa is located high up with the most stunning views of the sea and coast line. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to cook our meals in. The BBQ area at the back was also spacious and gave a nice and cosy feel at dinnertime.
The beds were a bit hard to our Scandinavian standards but is no different to any other accommodation in Italy so we expected nothing less.
Check-in and check-out was a quick and smooth process and dont forget to ask for air condition like we did ;) We got it after a couple of days and that saved our sleep in the present heat wave.
The area itself is quiet so if you wish to stroll around in shops and different restaurants without taking the car, you should stay in another place than Costa Paradiso. It all depends on what you wish for in a holiday.
We will definately go back to Sardinia and are more than happy to book with Sardinia unlimited again, their staff is very conscientious and helpful with our every need.

We really spent an excellent time in Sardinia!
We appreciated Villa Arielle very much, its arrangement and its cleanliness, and of course the quiet and fantastic view from the terrace of the pool! Our stay was definitely too short to enjoy the house and visiting the beautiful surroundings in north Sardinia and we were so happy to stay there that decided to come as soon as we can! The agency was very reactive and willing to help, even for details and from a distance through the kind, effective and discreet help of Rina and Graziella. Our sincere thanks!

Perfekter Standort, herrliche Aussicht
Die Villa befindet sich auf einem Hügel im oberen Teil von Costa Paradiso mit einer dementsprechend freien Aussicht auf den Ort und den Sonnenuntergang im Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unterhalb der Villa, mit dem Auto keine 5. min.
Die Villa besteht aus drei getrennten Wohnungen mit eigener Küche. Wir waren 11 Personen und haben ausschliesslich die Küche in der mittleren Wohnung benützt und gemeinsam am grossen Tisch hinter der Villa gegessen. Beim Abendessen war es wirklich so dass wir von Wildschweinen besucht wurden. Diese müsste man aber eher "Zahmschweine" nennen, sie hielten immer Abstand und verschwanden nach kurzer Zeit ohne zutun von selbst wieder.
Im Pool können sich mehrere Personen gleichzeitig tummeln, in ca. 1/3 des Pools kann man stehen, die anderen 2/3 sind über 2m tief.
Die Klimaanlagen befinden sich jeweils im Hauptraum Küche/Wohnzimmer, damit auch Kälte in die Schlafzimmer gelangt, müssen die Türen offen bleiben.
Also grundsätzlich haben wir die Ferien dort sehr genossen, wir haben uns fast nur draussen um den Pool herum oder hinter der Villa beim grossen Tisch aufgehalten.
Leider ist es besonders in der ersten, etwas weniger in der dritten Wohnung feucht was man gut riechen kann. Die mittlere oberste Wohnung ist am besten in Schuss. Als ehemaliger Handwerker habe ich viele Mängel entdeckt, welche mit vertretbarem Aufwand zu beseitigen wären.
Wifi gibts nur in der mittleren Wohnung, die Erweiterungsgeräte sind defekt. (Powerline)

Superbe vue mais...
Vue superbe, mais équipement très très succint. Exemple:
Des machines à café à dosette mais dosettes inexistantes dans les commerces alentours. Une cafetière italienne de 4 tasses et une d'une tasse pour une location pour 16 personnes. Aucune autre possibilité de faire du café, on est en ITALIE incroyable.
Literies à revoir sur tous les lits doubles.
Sécurité à revoir , Sur le bord de piscine la rembarde ne tiend pas.
Piscine dans un état déplorable même après le passages des "piscinistes".
Passage des "piscinistes" au milieu des locataires (nu ou pas nu) sans avertissement à n'importe quelle heure du jours,

Ferienwohnungen mit toller Aussicht, jedoch unerwarteten Gästen
Die Ferienwohnung ist herrlich gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küste. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wurde täglich gewartet und von Ungeziefer gereinigt. Die Ferienwohnung sind einfach ausgestattet, es ist aber alles Wichtige vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein und bieten kaum Platz. Eine der 3 Wohnungen sowie viele der Schränke in den Wohnungen riechen sehr unangenehm. Leider tauchten mehrfach am Tag so wie auch in der Nacht (insgesamt ca. 2-3x/Tag) Wildschweine auf und streunten auf der Suche nach Fressbarem um die Häuser sowie durch einen der Gärten. Der einfache Zaun um den Garten konnte sie nicht aufhalten. Glücklicherweise ließen sie sich einfach verscheuchen.
Am ersten Tag funktionierte in einer der Wohnungen das heiße Wasser nicht, das Problem wurde jedoch kurzfristig behoben. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Kinderhochstuhl, der in einer der Wohnungen vorhanden ist, gegen einen sehr hohen Aufpreis angeboten, was wir als sehr unverschämt empfanden, da die Wohnungen als voll ausgestattet angegeben wurden.
Der Check-In und Check-Out war sehr einfach und angenehm. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und zeitlich flexibel.

Villa in drei Häuser aufgeteilt, Haupthaus mittig am Pool, oberes Haus und unteres Haus
Haupthaus mit Kaffeemaschine bis auf Kleinigkeiten ok und schöner Meerblick.
Oberes Haus bis auf Kleinigkeiten ok, super Terasse mit schönen Meerblick und Blick auf dem Ort Costa Paradiso.
Unteres Haus mit vielen Mängel, kein Meerblick , Garten nicht gepfegt nur Unkraut so das die Wildschweine Nachts zum fressen kommen. Feuchtigkeit im Haus. Schimmel im Badzimmer und Küche. Das ganze Haus stinkt nach Abwasser. Garten Dusche nicht benutztbar.
Pool Licht defekt. Vom Parkplatz zum Haupthaus ist das Gehweglicht defekt.

Maison un peu rustique mais vue extraordinaire
L'annonce de la maison montre beaucoup de photos de la piscine et de la vue et peu de l'intérieur , on comprend mieux pourquoi une fois sur place.
La maison est assez sommaire et rustique mais ne manque de rien , la vue est sensationnelle.
La plage à 10 mns par un petit sentier , ce n'est pas possible et une voiture est indispensable
Les vraies grandes plage de sable se trouvent à au moins 20 mns de voiture de la maison sinon à 15mns à pied à l'aller et 40 mns au retour, à cause du dénivelé, il y a des petites criques surchargées mais avec des rochers et des oursins inaccessibles pour des petits enfants.
Sinon le séjour était très agréable et en vivant toujours dehors nous avons passés une excellente semaine

Bordo piscina con vista da urlo!
Io e i miei amci abbiamo deciso di trascorrere qualche giorno in Sardegna all'ultimo momento e per fortuna abbiamo trovato subito una bella sistemazione che ci ha permesso di stare tutti insieme. Una bella piscina privata con una posizione strepitosa. L'aperitivo a bordo piscina con vista mare sarà quello che mi ricorderò con più nostalgia...Pochi giorni purtroppo, ma ci sono serviti per rigenerarci un pò. A presto!

Schönes Haus, toller Blick über das Meer und Berge
Insgesamt eine schöne Hausanlage. Das Haus teilt sich in drei Häuser auf, jeweils mit zwei Schlafzimmern, eigener Küchenbereich und eigener Sanitärbereich. Haus was sauber, wobei man auch immer bedenken muss man ist am Meer und damit euch feuchte enthalten. Gewisse Ecken riechen das leicht.
Pool sehr groß und gepflegt.
Genial ist der Rundblick, da das Haus quasi auf der Bergspitze liegt. Für Strand sollte man Auto vorhalten, gerade mit Kinder. Bin ab und zu nach unten ans Meer gelaufen und danach wieder hoch. Da macht man doch ein paar 100 HM. Supermarkt in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir waren in den NS dort, deswegen auch super ruhig. In der HS ist wohl sehr viel los, wie überall auf Sardinien. Waren vor Jahren an der Costa Smeralda.Nun and der Costa Paradiso. Costa Smeralde ist flacher. man ist etwas zentraler und von den Stränden her finde ich persönlich schöner. Ist aber Geschmakssache.

Vacanza fantastica!
Casa vacanza comoda con bellissima vista mare e piscina panoramica. Noi eravamo solo in due e abbiamo utilizzato solo l'appartamento centrale ma sarebbe bello tornare con le nostre famiglie per fare una vacanza tutti insieme! La piscina era privata solo per noi... bellissimo...

Grandioser Ausblick!
Wir ( 6 Motorradfahrer ) hatten das Objekt für eine Woche im September gemietet!
