Troon beach offers a beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley, Fullarton and Lochgreen all nearby. The 152nd Open Championship is also set for 14-21 July 2024, at Royal Troon.
The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge is open plan to the dining area. There master bedroom is a double, the rear bedroom has a superking bed which can be split into twin beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. Family bathroom with shower over bath completes the accommodation.
There are front and rear gardens and driveway parking for 2 cars.
