Slippery Tub
The room was nice and clean. The problem was someone either did not clean the bathtub or they use something that makes the bottom of the tub slippery. I was in the shower with the mat in the bottom and still slipped and fell hitting my ribs. We had to end our trip and go home; I went to the doctor to be checked out and Luckly nothing was broke but, I have been in major pain because of it.

Clean hotel with excellent staff
Friendly and courteous staff, hotel is clean, room was clean, no complaints whatsoever. The lady who was overseeing breakfast deserves a special recognition for her customer service, courteousness, and hard work, unfortunately I do not remember her name. This is a clean and well run hotel and is a great value.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, but the best part was the staff. Ernie was very friendly and proactive, making sure that our stay exceeded expectations. He said the entire staff works together as a team to make sure people don't feel like customers, but actual guests. He credits Denise (manager) for supporting that culture.
