The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom, complete with separate sinks and a full bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which features two twin beds - perfect for kids or friends.

The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating and a large screen SMART TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and there's a dining area where you can enjoy them together while taking in the mountain view.

The master bedroom will be locked off and is not mentioned in the description or photos. Guest will have guest access to neighborhood amenities. Please note, some amenities in Tahoe Donner require Guest Passes. Guest Passes for the amenities are included in rental the rate (2 passes that accommodate 4 people/pass). There is an additional recreational fee ($17/person anyone over 7) collected at some amenities in order to gain access. Kids 6 and under are FREE with the pass.

The hot tub and pool are NOT at the home, but at the Trout Creek Recreation Center (a few minutes drive). The additional amenity fee applies at these amenities.

The guest passes also provide a discount for the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort and Tahoe Donner Cross Country Center.
