There is very little maintenance done on the property. Wood finished doors are subjected to rain and sun.. and has warped and twisted to the extend doors cannot be closed or open properly. The facia for the hotel is excellent except a serious amount of facelifting is neccessary to bring it to even a 3 star status.

Staff was very dedicated to making sure we had a clean room to come back to every day. Lots of tourists dropped off every night by bus so very busy around the evening. Some can be loud even around midnight. Very good AC in the room.

There were no shuttle as advertised and wrong phone# was provided, not consideration of government restriction imposed in last minute, terrible call of take money from visitor.

I was given keys that didn't work so had to go up and down to try to get it fixed when I was so tired after a long haul flight. The second one still didn't work- even their master key was useless. I was moved to a room that smelled of cigarette. The pictures are very different to reality

Close to the airport and shuttle bus provided to major locations is a plus. There are food outlets and shop at the basement of the hotel which is very convenient also.
