The staff was friendly and it’s nice that the restaurant gave free breakfast. The stay was pleasant overall, except the property is a little obsolete. The shower could use some remodeling and I was not able to control the air conditioning unit.

Better than expected
I had some unusual travel times requiring very late checkin and early checkout. Internal communication about this seemed a bit lacking, but everyone front of house was very nice and was ultimately able to accomodate me. Air conditioning in AZ during a heat wave was better than expected. Included breakfast was top notch! Will stay there again when in the area

The stay was average. The toilet was not clean when we arrived. I called and asked for it to be done. No one came so I did It myself. Otherwise it’s an average property, older. Beds were comfortable, AC was cold.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. There are bugs everywhere. They cheap out on everything. It desperately needs to be remodeled. The floors creek like crazy. The pillows are uncomfortable. The hot tub doesn’t work. Apparently it’s been broken for a while. They keep the ac warm even during the summer. The bar and restaurant are overpriced. The pool is bad shape too. This building might need to be condemned. Don’t waste your money. Best western should be ashamed. And the hotel staff are not at all interested in working or being helpful at all.
