Relax in this private calm space, away from the noise of downtown but close to many amenities. Restaurants, shopping center, hospitals and everything you may need to feel like you are at home!

Large room with king bed and private bathroom, two extra rooms, one with a queen bed and another one with a captains day bed (2 twin beds). Both of the small rooms have working space with corners desk and access to a printer. Second bathroom has double sink and shower.
Open living room with beehive fireplace and a L shape sofa for extra relaxation Time, as well as dining room table with setting for 4 and a bar table with seats for 3 persons.

This home has fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay in Tucson!
Central A/C , Free Wifi, washer, dryer ( clothes line too ), iron & ironing board, pots and pans, sheets & towels, silverware, blender, toaster, microwave and outdoor BBQ.

Perfect for our trip
Visiting friends minutes away, this was the perfect location. Appears to be a nicely done recent remodel. Comfortable furnishings. I'm new to VRBO and missed that the TV signal is only Roku, no local channels. And a washer/dryer would be nice.

Loved the property and the location
This house was perfect for us! Our party was two couples, in town for a graduation. The kitchen was well-appointed, spacious, and overlooks a beautiful backyard. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. The location is close to excellent shopping and outdoor hiking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We all enjoyed our stay here very much, and would book again the next time we are in town to visit family. The property manager was very responsive to our inquiries, and the house was clean and ready for our arrival. Very enjoyable! We all would recommend to others.
