Staff friendly, Lilyana got us quickly in checking in. Room was clean. Free breakfast was ok. Upon check out, hotel rep explained that the $100 security deposit will be refunded back to the bank card used within 7-10 days.

This place is definitely overpriced and not worth it. The outside is not appealing and everything looks old and not well kept. When I arrived I was instantly disappointed and regretted making the reservation. I asked about breakfast. I was promised a full hot breakfast but instead got powdered eggs and watered down gravy. The biscuits you had to put in the toaster to warm yourself and there was no meat/ bacon or sausage of any kind. Definitely disappointed and will never stay here again. I feel like I wasted my money and paid top dollar for a low budget motel. I would never pay more than $60 to stay at a hotel of this quality.

The floor was sticky and dirty, the bathtub had dirt spots and hair in it, the carpet was dirty, the outside of the microwave was dirty. I notified the front desk and they offered to put me in another room but I declined thinking it wouldn't be any better by judging the overall appearance of the property. I bought some Lysol spray and some flip flops. The next morning I had red bite marks on my leg and one on my arm, I couldn't explain. Upon check out, I examined the bedding and saw old blood and stains on the sheets and cover. I informed the manager, who responded and observed all the above. I took pictures of the bedding stains.

HORRIBLE
Our Safety Director called it in and I have 3 guys in two different rooms covered in bites as well as photos of the bug one of them killed. There has been no concern placed on customer service or well-being in this situation, only verification. No assistance was offered, not even a new room. I reached out to your team in the morning and heard nothing back until I reached out in the afternoon. I was told it would be looked into by maintenance and that was it. My team left yesterday and there was absolutely a bug problem. As I said before, I want the last two nights credited back to the card

The people at the front desk are super nice and helpful. The check in process was quick and we got our key and went our room. When we got there and walked in we immediately knew it hadn’t been cleaned. The bedding was piled up, no shower curtain, and there was bits on trash and sticky stuff all over the tv stand and desks. We went down and told the front and they immediately put us in a new room. The new room was clean and didn’t have a problem until I went into the bathroom where there was a long trail of ants. The carpet was so dark there was no way of knowing if there were ants anywhere but in the bathroom area. I called down to the office to let them know. They said they appreciate me letting them know and it was probably just because of the weather. Besides that we didn’t have any other issues.
