Property is older and tired. Room was fine but not very clean in corners and baseboards. No fresh fruit offered at breakfast. Ran out of coffee by 9am and staff wasn’t checking or refilling.

They offered breakfast. Staff working the dining area was rude. No hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, peanut butter, waffles and decaf coffee when we went down to eat at 830. Breakfast served 7-10am. I waited 15 min nothing restocked so I asked a gal cleaning tables. I was told as she walked away from me while answering she’s working on it. At 915 I asked again I was told she’s working on it. At 930 I went into cupboard and got the peanut butter myself and retoasted the slice of bread Shouldn’t serve breakfast if that’s the accommodation they are going to give

Curtains were torn. Door on dresser kept coming open by itself. Carpets appeared dirty. No one came to the front desk when we wanted to check out. We waited about 10-12 minutes & finally just left. Trying to find a number to the front desk after we left was not easy. Wanted to make sure we received the deposit back. When I did find a number staff was not that helpful since we booked through a third party. We will look else where the next time we are in Tucson.

The furnishings need replacing. They look worn out. Bed slept okay. Strange smell in hallways and room. May have been a previous smoking area of the hotel that they tried to sanitize.

I wanted to give this property a good review because I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels with no problems. Our room was rough-toilet struggled flushing, the bottom of shower was peeling off, the couch and chair were very dirty, the tv did not work, and the paint was peeling. Breakfast was a nightmare with no coffee and no food when we got there at 8:30am. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The staff helpful. Exterior beautiful. Interior lobby good but rooms worn and carpet worn and dirty. Room smelled bad in spite of spray. Area safe. Pool beautiful but dirty. They tend rooms only every 4 days but cleaning staff very helpful in changing out towels daily.

Upon check in we had a king suite with a pull out bed. With no sheets. Went to front desk to ask for sheets for the pull out and was told all the rooms were booked so there were no extra sheets. Switched to a double queen room the next day. It was better, but we stayed for 3 days and not once was room tended to, or garbage’s emptied. Breakfast was sub par and breakfast area was dirty and unkept, no tongs for bread/bagel (use hands) and no plates, had to find someone to get some, who seemed put out by the request. Overall, hotel is outdated and run down. Not high on the list to stay again.

Absolutely filthy rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Child size pillows. Elevator working was iffy at best. Management needs to double check both maintenance work & house cleaners, because they are not doing their jobs.
