I usually stay at this faculty but when i report to the front desk about an issue they do not follow through with my requirement. Bathroom was unsanitary as it had not been swept or mopped as there was hair on the floor. They straightened out the room for our second nights stay but new towels had not been washed before placing them for our use. I also wish the would change up the breakfast menu. This was our 4th stay and its the same each time. Time for a new location.

inadvertently chose the wrong date when booking thru expedia. I stayed 1 night but when I booked thru expedia I inadvertently chose the wrong date and due to it being a non-refundable stay they refused to refund the reservation for the wrong date chosen. I understand it's my error but a simple check would see I stayed 1 of the 2 dates booked. be careful when booking non-refundable rates that you ensure everything is correct before booking otherwise you'll end up like me paying for a stay you never wanted to book

I liked the fact that it was all indoors. The carpets looked very dirty and old, there was trash in my room when I checked in and food in the fridge. It has not been kept up and it just seems very dirty, old, and not pleasant. Also, there were some wood pieces sticking out of our bedframe which my daughter and I kept hitting our ankles on. The sofa bed did not have sheets, we had to go to the front desk to ask for items we should have had- an ironing board, sheets and pillows for the sofa bed, a blow dryer. I was very disappointed that the price I paid was definitely not worth it.

Check in went a little slow, but the place when you first walk in looks grand it came with the free breakfast. We were given a room on the main floor that was really dated. It was large, but clearly this hotel needs an overhaul. The staff is very friendly. We met a maintenance man named Manny was very, very friendly and helpful. Overall not a bad stay very quiet, but I think they need to invest money in updating the rooms.

The lighting in hotel rooms is generally poor these days but this hotel would win a prize for dark. If you want to read a book or write on paper, stay somewhere else Everything else was OK but the breakfast was unconventional

Positives: plenty of cold air in the room, hot water in the shower, windows that open a bit for air and a great free breakfast. Negatives: a dated property, guys outside smoking in basketball shorts eyeing you like they want to sell you drugs, gym doesn’t open until 7AM and it sucks (part is outside in a hot atrium). Definitely a 2 star property. Basically Section 8 housing. Tips: free filtered water downstairs, Planet Fitness across the street, good food at the Tiki Bar within a 5 min. walk

Decent room for the price.
Staff was nice, the room is dated but decent. Could not connect to WiFi, was not able to contact front desk using the phone in the room. Stayed 2 nights and did not get cleaning service. It’s fine we can make our own beds but the trash needed to be taken out. The bathroom did not have a fan so if it was used the entire room would have the odor. The pool was very good, the breakfast was delicious. Overall my family liked the hotel and would want to come back.
